COACHING AND FITNESS CONSULTATION

COACHING-I will hold you accountable and I will help you establish and maintain your regular exercise routine, and commit to better health. I will make small adjustments to ensure you stay right on track. Coaching sessions once a week can make the difference between feeling too tired to exercise or eating healthy.

CONSULTATION -In our first consultation, it will be a $25 fee for a 30 min video or phone consultation. I feel that is important that we get to know each other and build a trusting relationship. In our first session, we will evaluate your eating habits and fitness routine and set short and long-term goals on your meal preps and physical activities. Will Review what your intake has been and set new goals. Also, follow up to ensure you are staying on track to meeting your goals. I am always available via email or phone to answer your questions you may have.

Jannie Eddins is an author, physical fitness coach, certified personal trainer, as well as a physical therapist assistant who has been serving the Dallas community for over 20 years in the area of fitness and health. Ms. Eddins has extensive experience in the Sports Physical Therapy field, providing rehabilitation coaching and motivation to athletes in various sports including Basketball, Football, Rugby, Soccer, Hockey, and Volleyball. And can be found teaching fitness boot camps and clean eating seminars around the world.
